Maybe it's time the current Ops people started looking for another job then. At STN, all management seem content with doing is giving disciplinary's to people who actually keep the operation going.
The whole set up, when looked into deeply, is a shambles. 2 people on shift in DUB OPS to manage 77 aircraft. Regardless of the salary paid, that is just unaccaptable despite high levels of technology available. People are people. They will always need support but within FR's walls, that will never be there.
