It doesn't really matter whether you have previous experience or not with EK... What matters is your customer service experience, adaptability, cross-cultural awareness, team work & assertiveness. With EK safety & security is extremely important but remember: the customer ALWAYS comes first. I actually believe, from personal experience, that it is easier to fit in with Emirates if you have NOT flown for an airline before... saves you making constant comparisons & getting confused. Other airlines are sometimes less customer-focused and examples given by candidates at interviews who have flown before are really not what Emirates expects from its cabin crew...
