What a good idea!
As long as CASA can come up with an accurate system and make everyone put it on, I'm all for it. 'Course I have my doubts about how well the industry in general will take to it, more cost is never a good thing. However, if it can stop some of the 'underlogging' that goes on, it's got to be for the best.
On the other hand, will CASA check on it and enforce it if they find problems!! We'll see.
