Dreamweaver..ref your query regarding rosters at MON ,they are published on the 20th of each month for the whole of the next calendar month and some months you get lots of changes and other months things stay as published--depends how short of pilots we are !!
You will get 8 days off a month usually in pairs but do not anticipate many weekends off.
320 fleet you will get few SBY and in the summer you will cover outstations (last year BHX/EDI) as well as LTN and can expect 14/18 flights per month mainly away from LTN...winter is mainly schedule ex LTN 12/16 flights a month working out at around 700/750 hours a year and £5-6000 in allowances--as for the 330 you would be lucky to get on it in 5 years.
757 fleet tends to be more seasonal ..in the summer lots of schedules ex LTN 12/16 flights a month and in the winter more SBY and more work ex DUB,adhocs etc-at the moment this is the better fleet to be on at LTN in terms of less workload.
Work is usually in blocks of 5/6 days followed by 2 days off.
As has been mentioned before the terms for new joiners have been reduced so if you are successful at your interview look at that contract carefully and compare it to what may be available elsewhere..the PLC are trying to get these conditions improvedbut it may take a while !!
