Yep, woke up to a stunning picture postcard Christmas view out of my bedroom window. I don't know how to post photos, but if someone can pm me and tell me how, I'll show it to you all.
Unfortunately, it put paid to my planned Christmas Day flying.
But I've just been out for a walk, in bright sunshine, crisp dazzling white snow, and complete silence. Well, I live at 1000 ft, so maybe I don't need to get airborne to enjoy the views and the stillness, not all the time anyway. Makes me feel good to be alive.
Now, what's tomorrow's forecast I wonder....
