I think you may be mistaken.
BY have not had more than a dozen people RESIGN, in the last few years. Let alone dozens flocking to Easy.
I know of just one F/O who moved. There are I know several TRE types who have retired, and are working there, and I believe some who took VOLUNTARY redunancy, many years ago, and ended up with easy and stayed.
Have several friends with easy, who enjoy life there, however, I personally think the lifestyle Britannia/Thomson allows is hard to beat.
At the moment at least, a very positive vibe in the company. Future looks safe.
I know where I would rather be sitting, at home on one of my days off!
