As BOAC and Memetic mentioned, do not do anything with that computer until you are ready to recover the Data.

I use for File Recovery:

Active@ File Recovery for Windows

and for Partition Recovery:

Active@ Partition Recovery

It works best if you have a second Hard Drive to recover to.
