No scolding or hostile tone meant - just a genuine comment of maybe that was what you were referring to - you have to admit the two are extremely similar.
Same as with my second comment - again, not hostile, just a matter of fact. Such privileges should be explained properly during the tuition phase, rather than the poor student having to delve through books which probably seem quite frightening and intimidating on first contact. ( I know they scare the willies out of me - and I'm meant to know them

No need to be disillusioned - maybe just relax on the oversensitivity.
