"Mend it, close it or sell it...........my preference is to mend it" So spoke Skippy on the failure of each of the three...(or was it four?) previous flawed attempts by his discredited and incompetent generals in CX to achieve a profit.
With increasing evidence that the latest "Business plan" has lead the company in the direction of all previous ones something is going to have to give.
The subject rumour seems highly unliklely but with the proposal (which is not a proposal....but it might be!!!) about hoofing the RJs to EDI because these are the latest reason the company is losing money one could be forgiven for thinking that the penny might soon drop with our Australian friend.
He needs to seriously address CX, more importantly those who are running it.
There is plenty of evidence that those bits of the business which have been sold off as a result of previous reviews are doing very nicely thank you in the hands of their new more able owners.
The truth is that CX has no future whilst management whose only accolade is consistent and persistent failure remain in office.
