NY flights

Hi,

I regularly fly around NY (tours, private flying...).To the extent of my knowledge there are 3 places you can rent from:
- Pegasus lobal Helicopters, based in Linden (www.pegasus-flight.com). I usually fly from there, I love it. R-22 and R-44 available. Linden is 1/2hr fro Penn station by train.
- Nassau Helicopters down in Princeton. Very nice as well but a bit further away. By train and taxi it is a good 1.5 to 2hr trip. R-22, R-44 available and B206 as well. (www.nassauhelicopters.com). I dont think they let the 44 for self rent, and certainly not the 206.
- Wings air (www.wingsairllc.com) in Whiteplains. Schweitzer 300 and B206. I don't know about they rental policy.

Also, some of the charters/tour companies do some adhoc training but it's only longranger or EC-130, a bit expensive. Never used them so I can't make a recommendation

PM me if you want more info on the above.
