One can only presume by your completely arrogant and incompetant manner Life is a Journey ,that you in fact reside in the Fleet Office? If not you sound as if you are one of the brown nosers who continually go there for Roster request (Which does not exsist...ha..!!!) at the expense of your Colleage's Rosters.
Just because the place in Corrupt and full of Nepatisim does not mean you can mussle us now, like you take much joy at trying to do at work.
