Forget about the type, good jobs are very difficult to find now and Thomsonfly is one of them by all accounts.
Also the 767 is a great aeroplane but short haul 737 flying will be better experience handling-wise. You are quite likely to fly the 7E7 or 777 later on with Britannia and I would be surprised if they don't upgrade the classis 737 fleet sometime too.
