Max climb what is the info required, Cougar is a new airline whgich will start operation subject to CAA?? but all looks good for operation 9 th Aug, We will operate 3 aircraft, 2 freighters/1 pax aircraft. All these aircraft have been modified with -217c engines, so now called SUPER 27, qc1 and qc 2 CAA certified
