I guess what I really would like to know is, if you were having a bad day and didn't feel chatty (can TOTALLY understand this), would you just say so, or 'bear it'?
If a CC said that they weren't feeling up to talking, but thankyou for saying hello, I would be fine with that. I just hope they don't stand there thinking they'd rather be somewhere else....!
