Have to agree with flaps' During extreme weather we often help out the baggage handlers with refreshments, wether hot or cold.
Although ive only been flying out of Edi for a year many of the cabin crew are on first name terms with the baggage handlers!
Haven't quite seen the same at other airports but then they're not my base airport. We are less friendly to the alpha guys when they forget the crew food though!!!!
Infact many crew at Edi are friendly with crew from different airlines, you'll often find an Orange crew member in the FlyBe's crew room having a gossip! Are we just a really friendly airport?
