Sorry LAAJ. I cannot agree. I think one of the points that is self evident is that people are posting here because they have tried doing all the "right" things and it has got them nowhere, or worse - labelled as a trouble maker.
Now they are venting off a little steam and voting with their feet and who can blame them. The onus of responsibility passed some time ago from individuals to go in and air their grievences.
The onus is now on RBA senior management, from the Board downwards, to restore their own credibility and win back the pilots before they take one of the many better options available to them.
