Things of this nature, and the Navy chap's behaviour, simply CANNOT be tolerated in today's modern, flexible, ready-for-the-21st-century forces. These kind of qualities are totally undesirable in senior officers in this day and age. Both of these men should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves, and qualities such as these ought to continue to be expunged from all 3 services with expedience. There is a word to describe the way in which these two acted. That word is:
LEADERSHIP!
....a quality that has no place in today's armed forces.
