It's a Configuration Deviation List. I.e. can yo fly with the nose-gear door removed etc. and the assocated conditions to do so.
Having worked on the JAR-OPS1 Subpart K+L implementation on the B1900, I am fairly certain (but willing to be corrected
) that Raytheon does not permit any configuration deviations.
