FACT.
Some time a go,bigining of this year,every month a number of pilots leave QR for EK,to the piont QR could not take it any more.
In order to stop this QR has raised the pilots pay to almost the level of EK pilot's pay.
And also agreed with EK not to poach pilots from each other.
