Try pricing a circle trip LHR-(XXX)-TLV-XXX-LHR.
The XXX would be the carrier's 'hub' (Rome, Paris, Frankfurt etc.) and although you would have to stay over Saturday to get a good fare, it wouldn't have to be in Israel.
