Youn, I hope you are not the one writing entries in the Tech Log. Coz' the engineers will need a spell checker before they can action the defects. BTW, dont take my comments too seriously ok ! For info, there have been two EK ( now ex ) pilots that went to Etihad interview. While none were successful, that shows there wasn't anything stopping people from moving south of Dubai. EK has taken quite a few pilots from GF and at least one from Air Arabia. Hope this will help.
