Sid, You should know better than that, certainly, a vacuum will be created due to the enignes intake however this will be offset due to the pressure of the exhaust gases. Like Flingwing said, the mass will remain unchanged. The box will not collapse. The first law of thermodynamics, Energy cannot be created nor destroyed.
