CSA does the ATR too.
prices in the US have been below USD10000 for many years, so it was about time they came down here too. A lot of competition, so my guess would be for the 737 ratings to go down, rather than the ATR ones.
Nobody will care where you got the rating, as long as you pass the sim check.
