Flying Schools (Europe,USA,Africa) and DL atpl courses

I'm new on this forum ,

I'have a question for you (propably difficoult):

What are (for you) the best schools in Europe , Usa ,Africa(South), to get the licences (JAA ,FAA,ecc.) ?
It's worth to go out of Europe to get those licences ?

What do you think about DL ATPL courses here in Europe and in the USA (are reallly functional) ?
