By the way, what is the effect of an incorrect CG on the Concorde? Was there anything special about CG on the Concorde? I'm familair with CG problems and effects on "regular" aircraft.
I am told, by a Concorde ex-Captain, that it was theoretically possible to reach stage in the supersonic cruise whereby if you had not calculated your top-of-decent point correctly, you would have insufficient fuel left, not to fail to reach your destination, but to re-balance the changed CofG when the aircraft slowed down.... in effect, you would have had an aircraft that could not be trimmed for landing
