Virgin/Independance.

This proposition was being contemplated by many observers in the U.S. last year prior to ACA becoming Independance Air. After severing the ties with United, ACA became an independant airline with the hope of either going it alone or, hooking up with a global mega carrier that, by pure coincidence, flew into their hub in Washington D.C. I was told to buy stock in ACA by an insider earlier this year whom, shall remain anonymous for obvious reasons, prior to their courageous flirtation with the real world but, decided against it. Branson has been trying to develop the Virgin America brand name with only marginal success mainly because, the ability to raise cash in the states for an airline at the moment, is almost impossible. The rule of foreign ownership limits controlling authority to only 49% so, a non national entity must find domestic investors to secure their future! Maybe the Rebel Billionaire TV show will do the trick!
