The way the discount and standby tickets have changed, you now would only get 10% of a Thomson Holoday in your 1st year and no standby travel. From your 2nd year you get as many standby tickets as you like.
Holiday discount is:
2nd Year 10% (I think)
3rd Year 40%
4th Year 50%
5th year onwards 1x50% or 2x40%
In your 3rd year onwards these discounts are prorataed so if you are still temporary in your 3rd year you will get the 40% halved (ie 20%) every year until you are permanent.
