From an ATC point of view, I'd recommend AF LHR-CDG, as they always seem to pick up less of a slot delay than BMI and BA for the same departure time/route. Of course, some say that CDG Air Traffic Flow Management shows favouritism towards AF, but of course that's just idle speculation!
