I was one of ther fortunate ones who was able to have the interview at the time.
They ask you all sorts of stuff, ie give an example where you have given excellent customer service, give an example when you have felt that you could not have done any more for a customer, and how you would do things differently next time, they also ask you about targets and if you have worked with them, and how you found it....etc etc...but very customer service focused.
Am sure you will be both ok. I got told that I would hear within 2 weeks of the interview - im still waiting !!!!
but they did say that if I didnt hear anything b4 wednesday then to call them !!
