Flash8,
You hit the nail on the head. However, I have long since learned not to "claim to know" anything about, say, the 757, whose cockpit I'm currently building. The pilots tend to get angry and say "go back to your MSFS" if anyone ever makes that mistake
.
We use a software called PIC767, or to be more accurate, its upcoming new version called Level-D Simulations 767-300 for the project. I can't reveal any details of the project at this point, but people (pilots especially) can decide for themselves once it's out...
We have several 757/767 pilots on the beta-team, plus other 767-related professionals. When it's good for them, it should be good for a simmer
.
The bottom line. Simulators are really good nowadays.
