Living under the flight path of a local 135 and visiting 902s, I cab verify that the 902 is much,much quieter than the 135 and it doesn't matter where you are stood in relation to the aircraft.
You don't hear the 902 until it's overhead.
Also it's currently cheaper.Hopefully production and spares problems will soon be a thing of the past if what is in the pipeline for MDHI comes to pass.
