Network slow after using email client

First try CTRL + ALT + DEL and click on Task Manger and then the Networking Tab. Once you have that tab open, try running Outlook. (Does the problem go away if you close Outlook?)

Let see what the Networking Tab tells us, and after, we might want you to run HJT! and post the log file.
