Apparently the crew were picked up by a passing Audi driver who noticed the helicopter was in danger of sinking.
The Audi drivers laywers are in consultation with Audi to see if the cars warranty has been invalidated. It is also believed that the drivers licence was not endorsed with the 'rescue vehicle' group and because of this he may lose his licence.
