Howdy Raas - no doubt some of my colleagues will try and shoot me down in flames, but;
A. New equipment - except the A343's, but I like flying them as well. Loads of new aeroplanes on the order books.
B. Great variety on the route network, and with five bid groups that rotate the seniority for bidding monthly (ie you're top bid group once every five months) you can generally get 3 good months followed by 2 not so good. However if you bid cleverly you can manipulate the lower bid months quite well!!
C. Big expansion plans, possibly not a good thing in some ways but it sure beats the carriers going bankrupt out there.
D. Cockpit culture is great. A couple of difficult types in BOTH seats - but you'll get them anywhere. Generally a very flat cockpit gradient owing to the fact that EK now has some if the worlds most experienced F/O's. (That by the way is one of the sore points at the moment at EK.)
E. Pay. This is the joke, because officially inflation doesn't exist! Tell me another one
F. You'll either love Dubai or hate it. I love the place and my family are well settled and having a great time here. There's lot's to do here. Overall - a fantastic lifestyle

I can understand though why some don't get on here.
G. Management. Mmmmmm, there have been some changes recently, hopefully for the better. However there is still a long way to go.
Any questions, PM me.
