Also interested to see where QF regional pilots fit in and why the need for regional pilots to undergo a four stage recruitment process ( inc. psych. tests) into Jetstar. Were the current pilots required to do this?
Whilst other groups and contractors within QF get bigger and better equipment, Eastern and Sunstate have to be content with current fleet for the forseeable future. Dash 400's i believe have been hit on the head to better let Jetstar compete and exist.
With a 15 -20% pilot turnover and lack of care by management its wonder that life as a regional pilot is no longer a sought after longtime position.
