Emirates' cabin layout will not follow the Airbus marketing hype which calls for shops, restaurants, saunas and other luxuries... instead the airline will fill the plane with seats.
Well that is just silly. The standard Airbus examples (eg for the 555 seat layout) have never suggested saunas, showers etc at all. Sure you could put them in if you want, nothing to do with the airframe at all. The old 707-based Air Force One from the 1960s had a shower.
