2 new stands between stand 9L and stand 40
The face of Luton is rapidly changing but what is happening to the 2 new stands that are under construction at the former airside bendy coach park by Taxiway Echo. The coach park has been dug up and I was expecting new concrete to be poured up to taxiway echo but now someone is building a brick wall between the old coach park and Echo. It’s all very bizarre. Anyone know what is going on?
