Dont know where you Work, Azzie, but in Australia a flying school is required to have a
Standardisation Meeting every 6-12 months for exactly this reason.
At the opposite extreme is the school where I trained, where all the instructors had been trained in-house for 4 or 5 "Generations" and passed on verbatim some of the most horrendous horse ****
