I could go through the list of points you've made and, for the benefit of others reading this thread, detail why most of them are wrong, but I'm not really interested in a 'mine is better than yours' argument. Except to say that you know what the day to day reality is, and how inacurrate some of your comments are. I just wanted to know why you considered the 400 a demotion. It's a good job the guy that's just got himself a job at Cathay didn't come to you for advice before he moved from the 146 to the 400 some time ago?
