As I mentioned to nwaflygirl above, I'm flying on a Delta award ticket, and Korean is the only SkyTeam member that flies to NZ. I didn't have much choice in the matter. I've heard all the bad stuff about their record (especially here on PPRuNe), but the service was reasonably good.
