wee bit too small for indulging in Chipmunkery
Nonsense! Had my first flight in a Chipmunk, 5Y-KLS, in 1970 at the age of six! think there were a few cushions wedged under my backside so I could see out!
Incidently, I believe it to have been an ex-Kenya AF aircraft, which I came across in the at Tamiami in FL a dozen years later - you could see the remenants of 5Y-KLS on the fuselage! From memory the US reg was [Anorak] N4TG [/Anorak] - anyone know what became of it? It had an engine mod, possibly Lycoming.
