First Flight
At the RAAF Base at Pearce, WA, in mid 1956, in a C-47, side saddle.
I was the only one allowed up the front and ended up hanging on for the landing, cause I was the one what wasn't sick, mid afternoon turbulence.
Was totally rapt, joined the RAAF in 1957.
Retired, late 90's, after many years in RPT.
The L-188 was the BEST.
