A very funny one is "Around the world in a bad mood - confessions of a Flight Attendant" by Rene Foss. Its quite difficult to find (in Australia at least!), but well worth the read!!!
My favourite part (and those who have read it will understand) is a chapter entitled 'Boarding - A Shakespearean Drama' where she takes the story of boarding and a double seating allocation, but portrays it as the story of Macbeth vs MacDuff - very very funny!!!
