Our Company uses DHL on an all year round basis. 20 overseas couriers a day average..
In the 2 years I've been working for my company. We have "lost or had redirected" 6 or 7 "easyship" dispatches & 5 of these were due to wrong address, post codes, lack of address info by the customer etc..
They have an internet tracking system web-site etc..
A class service!! Now TNT ??????
