CASA doesn't recognise the the aircrafts certificate of airworthiness. You would have to fly it under a special permit and as such would have to nominate which airfield you will operate from. You are only allowed to operate at said airfield and cannot land elsewhere.
If you can find an ex military AN2 you could operate it under the warbird cat and therefore you could operate warbird flight for fare paying pax.
Unfortunately as a private aircraft it is not viable.
