After the Indy debacle, the Army's flypast of a Huey towing a banner at the Melbourne Cup was cancelled.
The flagmaker is complaining that he didn't get paid for the flag:
"Who else is going to buy a 20m x 30m banner saying "WHAT A HORSE'S ARSE!"? he said.
