Well, a really good start would be to go away. Don't go away angry or disappointed; just go away. OK? Not that it will affect me one way or the other since you are now going back on my extremely small IGNORE list. You should be proud to have achieved the level of stupidity required for that distinction. If you really are an airline pilot, we should all be very afraid.
