Unfortunately this process to pay for your job is current money here in europe... Take the Ryanair and Easy jet examples..... I know a few people in canada ready to pay 30000 can dol for a type rating (even turboprops.....) because the market is moving too slow.....
and they want a big move in their careers...
Have a mate by jetsgo and he works the sock's off. He still happy because he is building up hours on a jet airplane!!!! and no more on a Emb 110...
Nothing we can do exept a big hope that the market will re hire very soon....
