Remember the ADF is trying to change the old image of entrenched sexual harassment, demeening behaviour and lack of accountability. And then this is splattered all over the Newspapers.

Just because the beer guzzling, womanising [manising as well], old style of behaviour has undergone some reshaping in the last 20 years or so, our existing guys and girls certainly can cut the mustard when called upon.
