When do these 11 month fixed term contracts expire, have they only just started or have they been going for 6 months already? What do you think are QF's intentions with them once the contract expires? Is there a real chance of permanency for them or just an extension of their contracts? Is there an agreement in L/H they says they can only be on a contract for a certain amount of time before having to be made permanent or can it just be continuously extended? Just curious.
